Troubleshooting

For a driver stuck on something in the app, before calling the Help Desk.

The scanner won't open, or shows a black screen

• Settings → Alternative camera, a fallback for older handsets where the standard camera library doesn't work

The camera doesn't open at all, on every screen

• Barcode Scanning may be turned off for your organisation — check Settings → Show organisation App Settings

A scan keeps getting rejected

• The Incorrect barcode toast, and what a barcode filter is — covered on Loading
• Tapping the toast clears the filter for the rest of the session — a fix if you meant to, a problem if the tap was an accident
